Safetyseal GmbH wins patent case in Germany
Several years ago Nuovakautschuk GmbH claimed that the repair method used by the Safety Seal Plus product was infringing on a German patent owned by Nuovakautschuk. On 04-02-2010 the higher patent court in Munich stated that Safety Seal Plus does not infringe any German patent, i.e. Safety Seal GmbH has won the patent case that has been going on since 2008. The Safety Seal method has been established in Europe for 30 years and still a uniqely fast and cost effective way of repairing a tyre. The Safety Seal Plus method is a development of the Safety Seal method and it meets the standards and recommendations set up by the European tyre associations.
